A radio operator is a extra crew member, from 3 it becomes 4.
Thus perfection becomes death.

2 is too low to fight effectively, one dies and the tank can either drive or shoot, not both.

Ipso facto, a human loader is better because now you have a crew of 3 and 3 is the perfect number
