I'm currently about to start my PHD thesis and I think this would be an excellent topic to look into. I mean the difference between pre NSDAP Hitler and post is just amazing. My thought is that he took a bunch of meth that was able to make him a prolific speaker. However his private life was heavily guarded because of how much of a sperg he was. Just read his friends accounts of him as a young man trying to get girls. It's maximum cringe, and not something you'd expect out of a dictator.
