Look at a Taurus PT111 G2. Taurus is using them as a marketing tool and trying to get the word out that they're making better products, so they set the price very low to move a lot of them. They're $250 now and there's a $50 rebate available through Taurus. You can also find them on sale occasionally for $179-$200.
Failing that, if you really want something sub $200, get a Hi-Point 9mm. They're $150 new and relatively reliable compared to everything else in that price range. Avoid shit like Cobra, Jimenez, Bryco, Jennings, etc.
