New gun owner here, did I make a good choice with this little guy? I only put 50 rounds through it so far but enjoy shooting it.

What are some other good pistols for beginners that I should grab as my second gun?

If this is your protection carry gun find some good reliable .380 ammo. I don't claim to know anything. But I do know that during my research into what caliber I should get for my daily carry people were leery about .380, stating that in that caliber there are more issues with certain manufactures not agreeing with different guns. So I'd recommend doing your homework. I can't imagine anything scarier then a jam because you bought the cheap stuff or even expensive stuff that didn't agree.

Pretty much anything in the ~$550 range. GLOCK, CZ, S&W M&P, Springfield XD, and so on.

Bersa thunder seties suffers from pretty common trigger failure. Look it up.

Currently selling my first Bersa .380 (nickel) for a loss due to recurring issues and shitty customer service from Bersa. Fuck that shit
