I often agree with his video's, particularly the one about the patriarchy, his videos are usually thorough and well evidenced.
But in his recent This Week in Stupid, he misrepresents the situation with Greer, and defends her purely because he perceives her opposition as SJWs.
It makes me wonder where else he's been wrong or ill informed, but still come up with strong opinions. Particularly on LGBT issues
>From the beginning he paints Greer in a good light, making a point of mentioning her 50 years of fighting for women's rights, as her current opposition is mostly feminists.
>Completely skipping over the anti LGBT and pro pedophilia campaigns she's also been a part of.
>has the events in the wrong order, he starts with Greer's comment that "trans women aren't women", which was actually her response to the petition not to let her speak.
>Instantly lumps gender neutral pronouns in with trans people, even though thats pure Tumblr
>mocks them describing Greer as dangerous, despite the fact he has previously complained in another video that a university allowed a radical muslim to speak
>tries to make it about censorship saying they're not allowing debate, despite the fact speeches are not debates
>university doesn't ban Greer, okay, good
>falls for Greer pulling a Sarkeesian and refusing to speak anyway, claims they "bullied her into silence"
I think he gets so butthurt about SJWs he's willing to be biased, and unfortunately SJWs constantly try to talk for LGBT people
Its a pity he can't maintain his objectivity.
Thats why I like TL;DR more, he doesn't get irrationally angry and is very focused on citing studies, even in more opinion based videos
I wish a rational Youtuber would look at the evidence for trans people and ignore the SJWs
What do you guys think?
