It's kinda of dehumanizing, using another human being as a public latrine for the inmate's most brutal sexual urges, but results have shown so far and enormous decrease of violence, good behavior among inmates since they don't want to lose their days with the woman, the designated woman or tranny in some cases. She can't cry rape because she signs papers before anything happens so she pretty much relinquishes her rights as a human being fo a couple of hours to take some years off.
