I've read a lot of stuff about this, but nothing's conclusive because people don't actually research female sexuality (what is female ejaculate? we just don't know). Does anyone here have experience with the matter? Is it possible at all to make the nipples permanently more sensitive?

Do pumps work? Does it work to just tug at them frequently? How frequently is necessary?
