So im a gay guy and i want smooth legs and such. Bought an epilator but the thing is, my leg hair is kinda long, so i was wondering if thsat would be an issue. Do i have to shave with a razor and wait a few days to epilate or can i just do it now?

mtf here hope you are up for the pain. get a pair of trimmers and trim your leg hair to about 1/4-1/8 of an inch then epilate. your lower legs wont hurt that much but you upper and inner thighs will hurt like a bitch as they are much more sensitive. I would suggest taking a nice hot shower and then epilating immediatly after. the hot water will open your pores up a bit and may take some of the edge off the hurt. after you are done moisturize your legs and after a day the red bumpies will go away and you will have silky smooth legs.

also if you plan on epilating/ waxing for a long period of time (talking years here) you will notice a reduction of hair growth eventually. ripping hair out repeatedly like that will eventually damage the follicles that grow them. and eventually after enough time those follcles will stop growing hair.

The first time I did it I shaved it completely smooth and epilated the hair as it regrew each day.

As far as reducing re-growth once you do it, I use this system and use the spray at least twice a day. It takes about 2-3 steady months of using it, but hair growth slows, thins, and eventually practically stops. You'll find yourself just doing a touch-up trim every now and then.

Being black, I cannot go completely bare because ingrown hairs are WAY worst that skin irritation from epilating. -BELIEVE ME- I've done it, and still have a few blemishes to warn me never EVER to do it again.

Now I just use trimmers and the Hair No More spray, plus real hairy bods do not run in my family anyway, so I am just a little fuzzy now.

And that also means being BARE as a babe down below from stem to stern! (Big mirror and a puck light on the floor helped me do that) : )
