But same time I also wanna dress and put a make up as a pretty passing girl
No dramatic coming out, no transitioning to ruin the whole life, just being pretty and live the male life both at the same time

Yes, because that's the stereotypical ideal of what women look like. Still not sure how that's misogynist, it's not being implied that that's all there is to being a girl, or that all girls meet that ideal.

It doesn't strike you as misogynist to be emphasizing that the "girl" part is all about appearance and the male part is accomplishments? I'd argue there's absolutely an implication that that's all there is to being girl, or that's what's IMPORTANT about being a girl. It's misogynist, period, to have this fantasy, imo.

They said they want to LOOK like a girl, so that part is obviously about appearance. Associating accomplishments with being male is somewhat misogynistic, however I get the impression that wasn't what they were trying to imply - they don't want their fetish/preference whatever you call it to detract from their accomplishments, and they want to live as a male.
