I imagine it would be the same learning curve for anyone learning to walk in heels. The only difference I could imagine is that it might be difficult to find even remotely comfortable shoes if your feet are bigger/wider. I'm sure your Cinderella shoes are out there though. But walking regularly in any pair of high heels = get ready to have the muscle and bone structure of your feet rekt.

And i can get robbed or attack very easily using high heels but fuck it i wanna use it.

I get you. If it want it, got for it. But as for "how hard is it for a mtf," the position of feet are forced into in high heels is equally unnatural for bio women as it is for bio men. Nothing about a female body that makes it more intuitive footwear so go for it, you're on a level playing field.

I've always walked on my toes anyways and generally balance using my ankle for a spring so it's like I'm wearing heels. It would be relaxing to have a support there. Just walk on your toes for a week or two.

many people never learned to pay attention to their bodies. On the other hand I learned to pay close attention, and easily walk and dance on 5" heals. I also am a toe walker. My arches are so bloody high I thump rolling from heal to toe.
