The problem is however, that over the years trannies develope comorbidities. Those are the actual issues later in life. Depression and all the various forms of it, anxiety and whatnot.
If awareness wasn't such an issue, and you get to transition early on because you'd be more informed than you usually are as a teenage gnome, us trannies could be very happy folk in fact.
