Is this gender dysphoria?
Seeing my own reflection is literally freaking me out now
I think I"m having a panic attack
I feel like I have this weird disease, every part of me feels wrong
I've never hated being a man this strongly.
Does this ever get any fucking better? Why did it suddenly get so strong?

For me before I just always hated everything about me. I hated my hair, my face, my body, my voice all that.
Now that I'm starting to transition I just see the potential of being a girl and liking myself. But as I transition and now that I can put a name to what I'm feeling, I start to pinpoint stuff that's masculine (voice, body hair, etc.) and get really dysphoric. So I can recommend two things:
1) Do something that will take your mind off it. Play vidya, smoke some weed, just something that won't remind you of what your body looks like
2) Do something to start with transitioning. I'm pretty sure you're feeling the gender dysphoria a lot of other trans people feel. So go do something to make you feel better. Go shave yourself, or work on your voice, or do your hair up, or go to the gym.
It's all about taking the dysphoria and either quelling it for the time being or using it for motivation.

It all happened so suddenly though, it's like all throughout high school I was like "being a man, it's all good, maybe being a woman would be nicer though, If I was a woman I'd be a great woman" and then BAM now it's all some crazy clusterfuck, my body feels unreal, this world feels unreal.

Same thing happened to me.

I'm too tall to ever pass.

Too anxious to tell anyone about it.

The big Oh wow moment for me was when I realised I was fapping to guys fucking girls not girls being fucked by girls.

One of the parts of the brain that shows differences with transsexual people is found to not finish development until early adulthood. This may explain why some transsexual people do not detect or understand their gender identity problems until late teens/early 20s. This is mildly corroborated by the fact that nearly all transsexual people, including late transitioners, have had their gender dysphoria onset at or before this age range.

I can safely say growing boobs was not a loss. And if nothing else I look 6 to 8 years younger.
Haven't got my junk removed yet, but I'm SO looking forward to get that tumor cut off.

Soon afterwards, I started hrt, laser treatments, minoxidil....
Now I no longer see a monster and, more or less, I can live on. Back then, I couldn't.

To clarify the tall thing. Taller trans women, so long as you're not like 6'5, tend to have better proportioned bodies, especially the torso and legs.

Do you mean to say that this is a new feeling since I started transitioning? I've started being disgusted about my junk right after I stopped playing with it like a wet noodle at the age of 3 or 4 or so.
I might not have felt so strongly about it, but I definitely never liked the sight of it. It always gave me the impression of a mutated appendage.

My suggestion: Get testosterone blockers and spend a solid three months working on self-acceptance. If, by the end of that trial, you still can't stand to look at your male self, then start on estrogen.

No, I doubt it. Most people have some dislike for it beforehand, but it always felt for me like it became more and more urgent the more everything else fit.

I see this a lot, some cis people get confused because they're growing up and becoming adults so they think their desire to stay young is gender dysphoria and think that "being a woman is nicer" confirms that. Then they come on boards like this and other trans support board and get told "yes, you're def trans and need to transition now before you become a hon" so they do.

No that's completely wrong actually, only true transsexuals have gender dysphoria before 20. Those that only exp it after puberty has finished and not before or during aren't real transsexuals.

I'm 5'9" which is tall enough to be a tall girl and my 5'6" girlfriend says it's hot so I'm pretty cool with it. Only problem is that I like being little spoon and the height difference makes it awkward ;_;

but estrogen is the big indicator. Most of those who are transgender get a positive reaction and feel better after a few months on cross sex hormones.

Well there's no doubt that the sexualization of females causes everyone to associate beauty and attractiveness with females more than males, and I have a feeling that this causes males who are typically attracted to "cuteness" to perceive themselves as not cute and thus less attractive than they would be if they were female. This would explain why gender dysphoria is more common among biological males.
