I dunno if this counts but when I was working in boymode (2yrs HRT at the time) at a store, I apparently checked out another trans person at the register. I only knew because like 5-10 minutes later he called the store and asked for me specifically to tell me that she was trans too but just starting.

She asked me right after if I had a tumblr account..

Also this older hon would come in every once in a while and just browse for stuff, she knew how to dress herself at least but the body, face, and voice would give her away pretty fast. I felt pretty bad for her because she was actually nice and kept to herself.

I usually try to avoid them. Non-passing trans people scare me because I feel like they could ruin my stealth-life if they noticed I was trans.

I think I only met one once. I work at an IT school and one time there came a small guy who looked and sounded too young to study here. But then he gave me his ID and it had female name in it. So I'm guessing he was ftm because he definitely looked and sounded like a boy, just a really young one. Didn't comment on it though.
