For real now. I've heard a tale. It happened in 1975, during the height of social revolution and all that vietnam stuff going on, about a boy, that was born.
Everything seemed fine and dandy until the kid hit puberty. Instead of growing up like a boy, he started to change, physically. In a way not even a trans could do it.
I'm talking about actually bone structure and natural breast growth. The parents went to see a doctor, asking what was wrong with the kid.
At first, they thought it was Klinefelter Syndrome, but on a much more extreme case.
Still, no treatment they did had any effect until further tests were made, they discovered unsettling things reparting this patient, this so called boy, in a way that top doctors from all over the united states and even from overseas went to study it. It was only by a simple blood text that one of medics notices something aberrant, something inhumanly unnatural. The boy had no Y chromossome, but Two XX Chromossomes.
The boy, was genetically a female.
Further investigations later discovered a fully formed uterus, the vaginal canal remain shut by the scrotum, but biologically, a mere skin was covering what seemed its true gender.
Later tests, and the constant hormonal boosts further enhanced female atributes, to a point where the case continued to be studied.
Above all else, they also discovered that the so called boy's testicles, were in infact, underdevelopted ovaries.
The sickeness, was later diagnosed as a mutation. They named it "XX Male Syndrome"
A genetic disease that caused the Y chromossome to mutate into X and later make the child into a biologically, although infertile, female.
