that's an interesting question. it could be that many people where you live are white and so many people of a specific subdivision of the people where you live are also white simply by nature though the overpopulation is only obvious on a smaller scale. it's possible that white people, tending to be oppressed and judged for one less reason than people of visual minority tend to be, feel more comfortable exploring and expressing the subtle idiosyncrasies of their identities. w/e
