does still having sperm during orgasm on hrt mean the testosterone is badly repressed?

I'm mtf and since 9 month on hrt ,my endo says my hormone level is great and i have almost no testosterone anymore, i also have bigger boobs and really thined body hair but i still cum alot, sometimes its clear,sometimes white ,is that normal?
