Would breast growth and fat transfer even be effective at this age? Im 6' tall and weight 150lbs. Delia (girl in Pic) have similar dimensions, but i dont think she passes (Due to her face).Did she have ffs already? But body wise shes smoking hot. Anyway im rambling now....

Generally yes, anything after your teens will usually mean you won't pass, at least not without surgeries.
For full breast growth, and such, you need to start before your 20's, otherwise you won't get full growth in general.

Obviously, there are anecdotes.

You should transition if you have to though, but you may expect to need some surgeries, and possibly never quite pass.

In answer to your questions, breast growth has definitely not been a problem at 30-31 so far. 4 months in and I am coming up on an A cup. This is a bit early to tell you about fat redistribution, but apparently I started with a nice ass and legs, so that is good.

I'm not gonna post pics, but I don't have to pretend to pass to people online. I only posted to let OP have a direct answer.

Passing is a matter of degree. You don't have to be so flawless that nobody would be able to pick you out from a lineup of a bunch of cis women to be able to live as a woman without attracting negative attention. There are cis women with mannish features too after all, and even if people might put two and two together if they think about it, most people won't think about it that hard.

Which isn't to say you should just be completely optimistic. Be realistic about how masculine you are and adjust your expectations accordingly. But there's no particular age where you can say all hope is lost. And ultimately, the goal isn't just to pass, it's to get rid of dysphoria. If everybody knows you're trans but you're happy, that's not the worst thing in the world.

Non-passing trans folk, especially regarding MTFs, can easily fall into that whole uncanny valley thing if they don't quite pass . There's also the fact that ugly = society shits on you, especially if you're a woman, and non-passing almost always ends up equating as ugly. Ergo, it's kind of hard to rationalize not-passing with being happy since that's partly predicated on society treating you just as any other ugly woman at best. Worse still, if you look in the mirror and still basically see your assigned gender there due to the unwanted sex traits that make you non-passing, then even the treatment of dysphoria is hard to buy at that point.

Even I can't be sure if I will pass or end up as a young hon, but OP if you are really trans you will regret it the longer you leave it.
It's better to try, isn't it?

It depends on a lot of factors. The way you are right now, the type of body you have, the shape of your skull and your jabline... and of course it depends on your budget. I'm almost sure you should do a facial feminization surgery with a good surgeon, which may cost up to 20k dolars. If you only do a rhynoplasty and a boob job you'll never ever pass. By the way, most of transgender don't pass either. People don't have the money to FFS.
