you have to accept you will never be happy with your appearance tbh. just find your happiness in something else. if you don't find transitioning more comforting or is helping your dysphoria enough to make it worth it, just choose conforming and getting safety and acceptance more. also you may have to come to terms that you're just ugly and probably may have been ugly before transitioning too so no amount of hormones will ever change that.

You got 20k just laying around? That's minimum the surgery not the hospital costs +anesthesia +travel +hotel.
I am saving up for it though, I've got around 13k and will most likely take out a lone for the rest. Even the consultations are 200+ unless they are over skype.
Plus wait times for the doc, shit takes time too mate.

Yeah that too, I'm glad my boss is so understanding, he was super supportive when I got an orchi two years ago. I feel bad for those with shitty bosses who fear they might lose their job for taking so much time off to do these surgeries.

I used zoloft in the past but it got better during the last months, so i stopped using it.
Surprisingly nobody harrased me since weeks, but maybe thats cause i barely leave my home.
I thought about blowing myself up into thousands of small pieces or just hang myself. Hanging would be better so that my family could say goodbye to my corpse, but blowing up would be much cooler, faster and more within my interests.

buy yourself dxm in every fucking pharmacy, it's cheap, legal and the only drug you'll ever need

I do it for over a year now, several nights a week and still haven't got bored of it;even despite my tolerance

Also, it improved me as a person. Helped me deal with disphoria. Gave me something to live for and look forward to.

I don't get the use of dxm with us. I tried it several times, we even got the pure dxm-powder capsules but they don't really work. Tried it several times, up to 400 mg within half an hour. Got dizzy but never reached a plateau.

I mean, if you are really burned out and suicidal you don't really care, right? My first time was 900(two packages of Acodin, pure dxm), and later I only took more and more
I was willing to sacrifice everything and anything for a chance of a powerful, spiritual experience that only 3rd and 4th plat of dxm could offer me....

nah, i still got hope while feeling hopeless
Most drugs don't work with me, besides the usual speed and downers.
I took a shitton of mdma several times and had no major effects. Yes, it was pure mdma, confirmed with lab tests by certain organisation in switzerland.
I don't know what i am, i'm mostly laughing a lot and people like talking to me. I seem like a happy person but i just hate myself and can't bear with it any longer. I don't know why i'm smiling all the time... no wonder people call me doe-eyed
