I transitioned fully about three months ago and pass completely. I was very lucky before because I had a very twinkish body and a very feminine face before I started, I just have to pad up my bra a bit before growth starts (although I already have A cups after two and a bit months of hrt, which makes me think I might have some sort of androgen insensitivity. )
