HRT will almost certainly no longer have any effect on your bone structure, and has very little chance of allowing you to develop fully mature breasts, although is extremely likely to get you to teen girl breasts, which is maybe fine?
Socialization wise, you'll have a lot to unlearn, but you're at a good age to start learning how to be a woman. Sucks to miss out on being a girl, but that's life sometimes.
