What would have happened if Marx had embraced the ideas of Stirner, instead of trying to refutate him? What would have been the form of the USSR (or whatever that would have taken its place ) ?
"We're both brave," I said. "And I'm very brave when I've had a drink." "We're splendid people," Catherin said. She went over to the armoire and brought me the cognac and a glass. "Have a drink, darling," she said. "You've been awfully good." "I don't really want one." "Take one." "All right." I poured the water glass a third full of cognac and drank it off. "That was very big," she said. "I know brandy is for heroes. But you shouldn't exaggerate." "Where will we live after the war?" "In an old people's home probably," she said. "For three years I looked forward very childishly to the war ending at Christmas. But now I look forward to when our son will be a lieutenant commander." "Maybe he'll be a general." "If it's a hundred years' war he'll have time to try both of the services." "Don't you want a drink?" "No. It always makes you happy, darling, and it only makes me dizzy." "Didn't you ever drink brandy?" "No, darling. I'm a very old-fashioned wife." I reached down to the floor for the bottle and poured another drink.
so, a long time ago i read john dies at the end online, and the followup "John and Dave and the Temple of X'al'naa'thuthuthu" eventually bought the book john dies at the end because it was taken offline due to publisher demands. that and there was a shitton of pictures in it they didn't want to check/get copywrights for online)
then the second book comes out called This Book Is Full of Spiders: Seriously, Dude, Don't Touch It which is based partially on and continues X'al'naa'thuthuthu, which i get and never get around to reading until recently, because i already started it online before that was taken down
i read my copy of john dies a long time ago, but i know much of it was changed (even when it was online only, i know there were alot of editions) and spiders was very different than how X'al'naa'thuthuthu ended up
does anyone know where i can find either of them in their last versions before being taken down (or any versions really) but preferably with their pictures still? i dont remember john dies online being terribly different than print, but there was alot of missing pages and events that wernt included in the print issue, and im really curious of what was missing from both books
tl:dr, anyone know where to find the John dies at the end original online versions
