How long before people finally recognize that The Border Trilogy is far superior to Blood Meridian?

I get that BM has more appeal for the ADD generation, but the more I read it the less I like it. The Trilogy on the other hand, is damn near perfect.

It's been a while since I've read it, but this one struck as the worst of the trilogy by far... I got the impression like McCarthy cranked it out specifically for Hollywood.
