I write it once. Afterwards I spend as much time as needed stripping in the paint and re-coating it. The structure always there from the start, pre-revised. I might add things, or fill in holes, or take ugly bits away if it needs to happen.
Depends on my mental state for the day. I try to write every single day no matter how much. On a bad day I might write a few paragraphs. On a good day, I'll pour out a few chapters or so.
I've finished a novella at 46,000 words, but don't know what to do with it. Probs won't do anything. After getting a taste of a completed project, I've decided to start a novel. Currently beginning said novel. At 8,400 words.
