Hey. I've got what I think are good stories - decent plot, philosophical content. But my prose is total horseshit. I'm bored when I read it. Every so often I read something, on this bored on in a book, which is written so well. It can be about anything, but they write it so well. My writing is always 'subject did verb'. 'He was reminded', 'it was like'. I know it's shit, but I don't know how to fix it. Can anyone give me some suggestions or resources to fix my prose?
