Hey /lit/. Non native speaker here.
How the fuck do i grow my vocabulary. I wanna write in English, because I mostly read, work, interact with people in English and there are better chances of getting published, but I really struggle with finding the right words for elegant expression of subtle ideas. I feel so envious when i read proper English literature that those authors are capable of nailing such abstract, aloof concepts with just one sentence.
Sure i read a lot right now, but how can i burn those things in my memory so they will arise from the 'back of my head' when i need them during my writing process. Do i repeat them as often as i can? some exercises maybe? Please anons i need it.
>Pic unrelated
