I took bible classes every year of my education until high school and I am an atheist. I don't harbor any animosity towards Christians either. In fact I think many people would be much better off being Christians and I still study the history of Christian philosophy on my own time. I'm just an atheist because I don't think the presuppositions of Christianity are very likely to be true.
