Hello /lit/, I'll try to be short here. We have all these decades old ideologies on how we could change the dominant order and such. To me, the "fight the system from within" seems like really good "guerrilla tactics" if well thought

Actually this is from my own experience as a geology major soon to be employed in the academy and/or economical field (ore, coal, oil, minerals...)

Now, I know many of us try to do the same and keep integer morals through our lives and make a change but it just isn't possible many of the times. Many of us will become conformists because of how rigid the system is. I know this isn't /pol/ and this would probably be considered lefty politics, so /lit/izens are the most apt to answer me if there's any books and ideologies on how to change the societal structure by working within it. The fastest way, when there, would be being politically involved and working along social democratic principles.

I hope there's vast literature about that outside there and I hope I won't have to start writing papers about it because I'm NOT a social scientist.

The main characteristic of someone under that ideology would be over the top discipline and being a scholar.

tl;dr looking for ideology that fights the system from within first undercover as a conformist, achieving high ranks and then acting politically with others peers.

Does this already exist please?
