You could even scan "Antidisestablishmentarianism" as something like 2 1 2 1 3 2 1 4 1 3 1, or in traditional terms as DUM da da da DUM da da DUM da DUM da, or a dactyl followed by an amphibrach followed by an iamb followed by another amphibrach. Metrical feet are mostly arbitrary, really.
