I have to review one of the books in pic related for a module on British colonial American history, but I know almost nothing about the subject so I'm not sure where to start. Can anyone recommend one of these books in particular, or does anyone know of any other decent introductory texts that may be useful? I'm looking at the 1680's and the Boston Revolt in particular.
