>>7302920no. Nietzsche wouldn't call the life of him 'improvement' at all. You can't remove the idea from what the man himself meant by it and it's clear that Nietzsche was an extreme elitist. He would have regarded drugs, promiscuity, etc. as degenerate activity. He'd even hate the kind of 'inspiration' you're referring to. From Nietzsche's point of view there are the naturally strong and the naturally weak and no amount of 'inspiration' is going to change what class you're in.
Anyway the ubermensch concept really isn't hugely important to Nietzsche's overarching thought. It's not like it's the culmination of all his writings or anything.
