I didn't believe that, but given the love for the Dreizehn in the OP and ED, I'm more open to the possibility of a final ride.

It's possible someone else could be piloting it, and it's possible it's some kind of tribute to Canon, but both seem odd.

I think there's actually a pretty good chance that she'll show up for the final battle as seen in the new ED one last time to save everybody. She'll have to go back and die/lose her body afterwards though.

I do kind of like the idea of Misao or bodiless Canon piloting Dreizehn Koyo style too.

All the Einherhar variants look pretty good. Can't wait to see them all in battle.

Interestingly enough, none of the Gen 2 Pilot's fafners are getting Einherjar variants. Akira Rina will probably go Zero again, and Seri seems likely to takeover Dreizhen.
