Found this when I went off to preorder my copy. Rankings are refreshed hourly apparently but right now there's quite the demand for twintails.

In terms of daily ranking for most wanted under their brand though it's at #41 just above the last Jinrui novel. It's at #14 in the most gifted option under complete Yahari domination and just above the latest Shimoneta novel. Perhaps the local fans are running some sort of operation?

It may seem harmless from the consumer point of view but their localization work ethic is beyond disrespectful to the stuff they work on from a translator's perspective. You'd never know where exactly they fucked up or shit on unless it gets so jarring so how can you tell if you're getting the story the way the author wrote or the way Commie think it should be done. At no point is it the translator's job to "improve" the story content the way Commie does.

On a slightly related note, according to the first EX novel Twirl likes marathoning Disaster genre B-Movies so while it's actually possible she's watched Titanic she's never actually made a Titanic reference.

With series that they don't take seriously, they have a tendency to shoehorn in jokes and references that weren't present in the original work. In case no one's checked I put up the new update on the site already. Next one is a bit lengthy so it'll probably be next week at the earliest since I'll probably be spending the weekend reading the new volume.

On a side note, I was sure that Amazon would be smart about sending preorders out ahead of time but apparently that's not the case. Noticed the they had Dandelion's 3rd volume back in stock and put in an order for it plus a set of the most bullyable Maou series. In the time I prepared this pic the stuff I order was already sent out for shipment and Twintails is still being prepared.

Just finished reading it. Played out more straightforward than I was hoping for and the returning characters weren't the ones you'd expect but still a great volume for Souji and Tyrano Guildy with lots of nice lines and moments for everyone. Solar is a bit of a curveball and how Souji gets ultimate chain has some very amusing parallels to a certain shonen jump series. I'll post up the spoilers in /a/ later in a few hours.

I think the latter makes more sense, simply going off the illustrations. Though knowing how Japanese prose can be, I can't imagine deciphering it without them.

It should but that twintail emblem behind the Tail Regalia in >>13423646 actually does materialize right after he transforms. The whole "Solar is holding back your true power but now is giving you a second brace to power up" reminded me of Bleach and that description sounds a bit like how Yhwach did drew out a bow in the sky to get his sword. There was also a line where Souji said he felt like his twintails were one with the earth and could grasp the very atmosphere with them.
