If we're talking sheer devastating power, it seems like the best choices are probably "Stone Mirror", "Blossomail ", "Blacklester", "Hardness Ten" or "Duo Kaiser". Where they don't really go far in looks, they get a lot of power and are the bots that seem to show up more as bosses or villains.
After which would probably be bots like “Peppercat”, that specialize in outspeeding and assaulting the foe, "Blackbeetle" with "Blackstag (them being female versions of upgraded versions of Metabee and Rokusho), or
"Flame Tisala", which could either transform into any attacking part or shoot flames which I think always did a lot of damage.
After that I’d say most other female medabots mostly specialize in statuses or recovery, or a combination of support with offensive abilities such as "Noel", "Pretty Prime", "Get Ready", "Sailor-Multi" and etc.
