Actually, Nagano is 55, so he is in the same generation as the 80s people mentioned above.

They are perfect in Pretty Guardian. Mercury and Jupiter comes from the anime where all of them are boy crazy so it's just a crack pairing. Neptune and Uranus is boring. Mars and Venus are good in the manga and amazing in the live action. It's like they were written that way because there was no Neptune and Uranus. The other 3 have love interests but these two are pretty much paired together and have the best interactions between Senshi in all of Sailor Moon.
