It's all I can say. It was a mixing of everything. IIRC it was the winner of some animation contest. I remember a scene with two girls shooting at themselves in the ruined city.
And before that some real mech.

It was some sort of MMD MAD contest on nicovideo.

And your mention of girls fighting (it was a shootout) was happening while two bigger robots were fighting in a cramped street. They were running in and out of debris and between the legs of the two robots wrestling each other.

Would've probably been the only time in history where someone not cleaning their browser history was actually beneficial, but alas the thread died before moe was kill and desu doesn't have a lot of stuff from 2012 and onwards.
