But IIRC Morosawa had many arguments with Cagalli's VA and called her a slut or something along those lines iirc.
Morosawa also made her VA cry,(I think this happened during a recording session)
Also Fukada used part of the shows budget to take his wife on trips and one of the VAs called them out on it (it was either Cagalli's or Shinn's,my mind wants to say Shinn but its been a while).
The reason for Cagalli's roe in the show being diminished was due to this and that's why at the end Athrun appears at the memorial with Meyrin.
Shinn's VA also had problems with Morosawa leading to Kira's taking over the show.
And these are just what we know of
I have never heard of an anime production process as bad as seed destiny's,this alone would've made a better aime than what we got
