No. The rose bits are just advanced enough not to need psychic h4x. Hell, they're not even affected by gravity.

If I recall correctly, in G-Gen Zero, he's a Newtype (Quatre is, too) but that's only because the game was a programming nightmare and it was the easiest way to get his bits to work based on the system.

Yes. A half-length cape is significantly shorter.

Wearing a cape over one shoulder doesn't mean that it was cut in half longitudinally. It could still cover both shoulders if need be.

No official term that I know of. I heard/read in places being called "shoulder cape" or "shouldered cape" but I think it was just meant to get the point across quickly kinda like saying "brown dog."

Also, pic related for clarification on where you may have heard half-cape before.

Newtypes don't interface with technology iirc, they just space magic the funnels around. The is more like recording each nerve impulse fired as it travels down the neck and when certain ones trigger the bits perform certain actions.

They do, it's the same technology that normal people use for Incoms, it's just a sensor that translates brainwaves into moving the Incoms/Bits

The reason Newtypes are needed for wireless remote weapons is because Minovsky interference would make it impossible for normal wireless signals to control the funnels, but Newtype's brains produce psychowaves which can get through the Minvosky interference

See, but that's dumb, because radio waves used for communication get through the battlefield in crystal clear quality all the time in UC.
