The majority of his self-designed robots are all copy pasted clones of shit he's done before(but designed by other people). (Like the majority of the stuff he does, he just does the same thing over and over again.)
It's almost an insult to even call Obari a mecha designer, he's a glorified mecha re-designer.
He's good at reshaping someone else's design but SHIT at creating something to call his own.
Dragonfang? Dragonar rehash.
Compatible Kaiser? Dangaizer 3 rehash.
Those Vanguard Dimension Robots? Yuusha robot rehashes.
Shurouga? Black Cybuster with an edgier look.
Gravion, Dancouga, Dangaioh, Iczer, Detonator Orgun and any other mecha you can relate to Obari were designed by some one else.
