i am stoked to watch this but i was wondering will i be ok to just watch mazinkaiser and then shin mazinker z ?

i can't handle anything older than god mazinker tbh and would prefer to start with the animus.
mazinkaiser skl looks ok but a bit too 'we want the millennial audience' for me.
