This is straight from the pone wiki. So /mlp/, when's the last time anyone asked just where the hell Celestia was during the second act of the first episode? Did she just decide to stay back at canterlot? Where the hell did she go? You'd think she'd be the first person to try to stop her sister again, or at least confront her considering the last time they saw each other. So where the hell was she?

Has she become the blandest of the Mane 6? Where in S1 and S2 we occasionally saw her break her usual shy character when the right buttons were pushed, afterwards she became the most stereotypical shy doormat conceivable.
The only other thing she now has to her character is her relationship with Discord, and in episodes which focus on that she's basically part of the decor in favor of Discord and new characters,
It seems as if the writers have given up on her because they simply don't know where to go with her character, judging by the fact she now has the least amount of episodes and screen time out of the Mane 6.
