I'm having this dilemma where I have always had Flutterbutter as my waifu since episode 1, but now feel torn apart at the thought of being unfaithful to her since seeing Marble for the first time and even more stupid for actually letting this affect me. On a scale of 1 to autistic, how much spaghetti am I showing? Does anyone else here share similar feelings?

Fluttershy is becoming too real, too flawed. And you're getting bored of her. So you throw her away so you can have a new horse to choke your chicken with.

Fluttershy isn't what I would call my waifu because I still have hope for 3DPD and I don't have unrealistic expectations. But she's still one of my favorite ponies, and she's gotten even better over the years as a character.

What was it about Fluttershy that attracted you to her in the first place? Was it just her shyness? Her gentle, caring nature once comfortable? Her appearance and personality overall?

What about Marble? She's simply shy/quiet, though her aesthetics are different. Her personality beyond that is also very underdeveloped (aside from being embarrassed around unfamiliar colts I guess)

What is it about Marble that's troubling you? If its a minor attraction, it'll probably pass after awhile.

OP here, I've thought about it and I've come to the conclusion that I still dont know a damn thing about Marble other than how cute she looks.

What I love about Fluttershy is her pure kindness and love of animals. She can be very troublesome at times with her social anxiety or shyness about public events, but these flaws are what I love about her.

The thing is, I really hate mean people. Like I cannot stand [next to] them. Fluttershy is someone who will rarely if not ever be mean to anyone because she has a heart that says "I want to make everyone happy everyday"

Lesson learned: I still think Marblestone is cute but Ive taken some time to realize that I should never get suddenly abandon someone I love just because someone new and flashy comes along. You'd be a horrible person if you did this to your soulmate irl wouldnt you?
