Guys, how screwed am I? Or more precisely, what is going on?

I know that tulpa generals are banned here, yet this is not a question really how to make them, or my wish how to do so. But I believe that I have just accidentally made Maud tulpa, or something, I don't know what I did.

To explain, I was in this RP with my friend for over a year. Maybe more I was always RPing as Maud. That means I always imagined past for the character for the sake of RP, thought a lot about her appearance and her voice all over me.

And now, I feel like she is slowly coming to be, I swear that sometimes I hear her monotone voice and also somehow started influencing my own behavior. Like I suddenly feel like looking at rocks is a very comforting and nice experience.

And yes, I even have a pet rock, and yes. I even call him Boulder. I did this just as a silly joke with the friend but I ended up carrying Boulder everywhere as times grew on. And now he's always in my pocket.

I feel like Maud is slowly getting its own will, it seems so at least. You can't create tulpas from RPs, can't you?...
