So can Zecora use magic without a horn ?

Most of what she does seems to be based on eastern themed self-perfection through meditation and western fantasy alchemy but sometimes she outright seemed to use magic.

No, I don't think she can use actual magic.

A big part of her character is being exotic and alien, so her weird tricks just seem to be part of her mysteriousness.
