>>25236515I think that it's doable to separate packages and cards.
I'm thinking a simple questionnaire like:
Name:
Country:
Address (please format correctly for mailing and include your FULL address):
Are you willing to ship internationally Y/N :
Favorite ponies / characters:
Wishlist (Do you like plush? Figures? Dragon dildos? Be as vague or specific as you like, but know this will help your gifter find you something nice):
Are you okay with receiving foodstuffs/candy in your package Y/N (If yes please list any allergies or preferences):
Other specific requests/concerns:
Then something similar with less questions for the people who just want to exchange cards like:
Name:
Country:
Address (please format correctly for mailing and include your FULL address):
Are you willing to mail internationally Y/N :
Favorite ponies / characters:
How many cards would you like to send (should we have this option or would that complicate things? I've seen /a/ allow people to sign up for multiple packages and cards because they have the different price brackets but I think it's simpler if we just stick with one minimum price considering it's our first attempt at this):
I think that would about cover it but feel free to suggest things. If this ever reaches fruition of course. And honestly I'm not experienced in this and just sort of following what I've seen on other boards.
>>25236447The boards I've seen do this have 1-3 organizers who are middlemen that take the questionnaires confidentially by email, so yes. That's super nice of you to offer about the shipping costs! I'm not sure if that's feasible though because we would need gifters to give proof of shipping and I can see it becoming a problem. Since gifters are responsible for shipping themselves and there is the potential for people to bail I wouldn't want someone being taken advantage of. If you like though, shoot me an email and I can keep you informed if this takes off.
