When do you think S6 will come out? Hasbro noted that their sales dropped because of the 11 month hiatus between S4 and S5. You think that they'll split it during the summer like they did with S5?

Why wouldn't they? I'm pretty sure Hasbro is rolling deep in cash because of this show. The older demographic of the show has made sure of that.

Depends on more than just ratings, which basically don't mean anything, but you have to ask yourself what kind of contract they have with Discovery Family, what are the terms for season 6? Season 6 is almost certainly in animation production at the moment, probably the early half. If season 5 ends in late November, they won't be rolling anything out until they have at least the first half completed. Id wager a spring 2016 release at the earliest.

To add, I'm betting they won't go for a break between the half of season 6. I believe the CEO of Hasbro Entertainment had said in a message that the break may have contributed to lower ratings. If the CEO is openly mentioning that, it's probably on their list of priorities to change.

I think they are obligated to air S6 there. Also, S6 is the first season of FiM that is unionized apparently. Larson made a big deal out of it when people asked.
