Alesis kits suck ass, save up and get a half decent Roland if you have to, but if you can get a real drum kit than get it. the best e-kit still cant compare to a real kit

nah I had this kit, it's fucking awful. Would be okay for a complete beginner I guess, but there's no options to expand it once you want more stuff. And trust me, 1 crash is really not enough unless you're playing a gig or whatever. My friend had the DM10 and that was a blast to play, didn't take a massively long time for it to fall apart though, but that's the same with any e-kit

i had a dm10, they're so fucking loud and you'll be replacing the stock heads in a few months, its really not worth it.
