I can easily critically think about games I play, movies/tvshows/animations I watch, Books I read, etc. I could easily write reviews on those, write very long opinions on them. I can easily tell why I like or dislike these works. For example I made a 25 minute video explaining why I don't like the Sonic the Hedgehog trilogy but do like the game Freedom Planet, and I could've said way more.

But with 95% of music I find it incredibly difficult. I realized this when I wanted to write a review on RateYourMusic. Where do I even start? I couldn't do what Anthony Fantano/Needle Drop does at all. He writes 10 minute videos on albums and I can only write like 2 sentences. Is music too subjective? Is it because I know jack about music theory?
