Similar lawsuits filed by the publishing house "Eksmo" (
https://eksmo.ru/publishers/contact/) and SBA Production (Warner Music Russia).
WHAT WE TRY TO BLOCK
You know perfectly well that we are for a long time remove the links at the request of owners. Despite the fact that we have been criticized for this position, demanding to stop "sag", we monthly removes about one thousand five hundred (!) Links on the requirements of the holders, without any intervention on the part of Roskomnadzor, the Moscow City Court and did not even notice to these venerable organizations (statistics on the remote distribution of the last month).

From the very beginning with the Roskomnadzor 2015, we received a total of 19 letters and 60 (sixty !!) references to the hand, which, of course, immediately removed.
We cooperate with copyright holders precisely because rutrekere positioning as a nonprofit library of content where you can find rare, but not prohibited, news, etc. Copyright holders given enough opportunities in a timely manner to delete the reference to the tracker that violate their rights.
