This stuff is not entirely similar. It's far more experimental, early electronic music stuff (especially Raymond Scott and Mother Mallard). None of this really comes close to Plantasia's warmth. Your best bet is to checkout Like a Duck to Water from Mother Mallards Portable Music Masterpiece Co. (David Borden's ensemble) and Mort Garson's Black Mass/Lucifer.
