>>60032572am i pleb to think those pieces are boring on their own? like it would be amazing to see live. his really melodic forefront stuff like b flat dorian blues is really good on record but i feel like most of his drone stuff falls short just hearing it. ive seen phil niblock and heard his reccordings its 1000x more enjoyable to feel the sound around you at extremely loud volumes. actually feeling the phase cancelations and shit as it happens rather than a recording of them. maybe ive been listenign to youngs stuff wrong. i think i need to play it really loud through speakers. its not headphone music.
